The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) was continued as the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the College) on November 23, 2021. The College licenses and regulates Canadian immigration and citizenship consultants in the public interest.
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is a legally authorized representative and member in good standing with the College.
The College regulates RCICs and ensures that RCICs adhere to a professional code of conduct. The body also licenses professionals and processes complaints involving Canadian immigration.
